Tanist’s staff have combined experience adding up to more than 150 years, encompassing consultancy, IT systems, communication infrastructure, complex web and application development. Our team of Microsoft qualified engineers are at the end of the phone and locally based for quick action when required. So there’s no need for you to employ IT staff, leave it to Tanist!

Managing Director

John has over 35 years’ experience in the development of business IT Systems. He also has a background in the Agri sector living on a farm and part of a long-standing farming family.

Denise Holman

HR / Finance Director

Having worked for nearly 20 years for a major telecoms company, Denise has considerable experience in management and the co-ordination of communications projects as well as her overall organisational management experience. Denise manages our finance and HR functions and provides input into the overall direction for the company.

 

 

Jon Wilson

Technical Director

With over 20 years experience in technology, Jon is a networking and communications specialist and has designed and installed a large variety of business ICT solutions, including working with the health care and education sector.

John Newcomb

John Newcomb

General Manager

John joined Tanist in 2018 and manages all business operations across IT services, web development, sales and marketing. With over 30 years experience working at all levels in both software companies and end user organisations, within the Insurance, Banking, Automotive and UK /US Government sectors, he brings a wealth of business and customer service management experience to help Tanist build on its success and grow further and faster.

Tristan Francis

IT Support Service Manager

Tristan joined Tanist in January 2017 as an IT Support Engineer, with previous experience working within the Pharmaceutical and European Justice sectors. Tristan now manages the IT Support Engineering and Help Desk teams.
